It is our Policy to develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System which aims to continuously improve the performance of the business to ensure Customer requirements and expectations are clearly determined, reviewed and specified through the enquiry design and order stages and that Specified product is successfully processed and controlled through planning, manufac- turing and delivery and finally to the verification of customer satisfaction of the finished product and service provided.
The team of our quality controllers strictly monitors all our production procedure right from sourcing of raw material to the shipment of the final consignments. They keep a strict vigil in improving and maintaining the quality and durability of our all inclusive range.

- Measurement of weight
- Measurement of capacity
- Measurement of dimension
- Cost reduction of the finished product
- Test for print adhesions
- Scuffling for the peel off
- Checking for the shade parameters
Apart from this, we also conduct several tests to maintain a level of standard. Some of them are enlisted below:
- Storage test
- Stacking test
- Closure leakage
- Melt Flow index test
In addition, we also conduct Total Quality Management (TQM) programmes on regular basis to increase the quality and durability of the range. Also, the products we provide goes oil free, dust free and proper storage of the finished product in sanitised environment as per the specification of the clients.
